Style: WEST COAST IPA Size: 355 ml Description: Shizumu 沈む (meaning: drowning) to look across the industry in this day and age, you’d be hard pressed to find this style amongst the rank and file brewery releases. Shizumu pours crystalline clear and is brimming with American hop character (Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops) by way of orange pith, ripe passion fruit and pleasant pine. Expect a clean hop bitterness and balanced malt backbone to cull these complementary flavours into an organized delight. IBU: 50 ABV: 6.9% Is pricing flexible?
